2. Speed Limiter Requirement

- The road speed limiting device shall be designed and constructed in such a way that it can be fitted in a place not easily accessible;
- The road speed limiting device shall have in built features that allow functionality checks and shall have special inspection devices for this purpose to facilitate the checking when the vehicle is not in motion;
- The actuation force of the controls should not have a detrimental effect on the driver's efficiency or impose fatigue on the driver;
- Speed limiter devices shall be so constructed that the vehicle may not be accelerated by the operation of the acceleration devices, such as the accelerator pedal, when the vehicle is running at its set speed;
- The speed limiting device shall be so designed, constructed and assembled so as to resist vibrations, corrosion, dust, humidity, petrochemicals and aging phenomena to which it may be exposed.;
- When the vehicle, running at its set speed and with the driver's
accelerator at its position of maximum travel, is subject to an
accelerating force due to a down gradient,the limiter shall control
speed by restricting the engine power to the limiter's minimum
engine power control setting. - No malfunction or unauthorized interference shall result in an increase in engine power above the demanded by the position of the driver's accelerator. The malfunction of the speed limiter devices shall not affect the normal vehicular performance
3.Speed Limiter status indicators

- Connect DC 9-100V power supply and the red LED will light continuously.The red LED is the power signal,it is always on when the external DC is connected.
- The blue LED is the GSM signal indicator.
It is always on when there is no GSM;
it flashes when GSM is normal;
it flashes quickly when transmitting data. - The yellow LED is the GPS signal indicator:
it is always on when there is no positioning;
it flashes after positioning.

- Geo-fence: Set up a geo-fence for the unit to restrict its movements within a district. The unit will send the message to all authorized numbers when it breaches the district
- Remote Monitoring: In anywhere and anytime, call the phone number in the unit, when it connects, you can monitor the sound around 5 meter.
- Movement Alert: Send SMS to the unit to start the movement alert function. When the vehicle is moving, the unit will send the movement alert to all authorized numbers.
- Mileage statistics; ACC checking; cutting off power and alarm.
